Certain information about you is not itemised.
Rule 3 sets the minimum a notice must carry.
An itemised description of the personal data.
Itemised. Not a category. Not a bucket.
Pause. Is your data collected enough?
It is not itemised.
The rule asks for a list, not a label.
So you can consent to each one, knowingly.
That is what specific and informed means.
If you cannot count it, it is not itemised.
