dpdpact.info is an educational resource about India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework. We do not provide legal advice. For operational next steps, use the compliance portal, compliance checklist, and official resources to anchor decisions in primary materials.

What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Contact or newsletter data: what you voluntarily send via Contact or email capture, if offered.
- Technical logs: hosting providers and CDNs typically record IP address, timestamps, and user agent for security and reliability.
- Local storage: the cookie banner may store a consent choice (for example essential-only vs accept) in your browser.

We use essential cookies or storage where needed for basic function and to remember your banner choice. If you accept optional cookies, third-party advertising or analytics scripts may set cookies as described by those vendors. Use the on-site banner where available. Advertising (AdSense / GAM)
We may display third-party ads in reserved regions below primary educational content. Ads are labeled, not placed inside primary legal disclaimer boxes, and not above the main H1. The AdSense publisher script (client ID) may appear in HTML source; reserved slots are filled only after you accept cookies on the banner where shown. Configure each ad unit’s slot ID via data-adsense-slot on <body> or data-dpdp-ad-slot on the <ins> (see js/ads-loader.js).
Affiliate and referral programs
